Transformative Support for
Educators & Institutions
At Sentipensante Connections, we offer two powerful pathways to help schools and colleges create culturally sustaining, arts-based learning environments that uplift Latina students:
Immersive Professional Development
Our workshops guide educators through a reflective and experiential process that deepens their capacity to foster creative, culturally affirming spaces. Rooted in the Sentipensante Framework, these sessions ignite personal insight and collective transformation.
Ideal for schools, departments, or leadership teams ready to reimagine their approach to student well-being, identity, and creativity.
Coaching for Implementation
Through group and one-on-one coaching, we support educators and leaders in turning vision into practice. This ongoing support helps institutions build on inspiration, navigate challenges, and sustain meaningful change.
Coaching is tailored to your context and grounded in relationship, reflection, and results.

Impact
Proven Results Rooted in Practice
Every aspect of our work is intentionally designed and research-based, centering on an asset-based approach to ensure we meet the particular needs of Latina girls and women and accomplish results.
Sentipensante Connections draws from real-world success, particularly from a creative writing program designed and led by our founder, which became a model for culturally sustaining, arts-based empowerment for Latina students.
In just 12 weeks, participating middle schoolers experienced:
📈47% increase in self-confidence
🗣️84% of students reported improved public speaking skills
🎨58% became more willing to take creative risks, even when it felt challenging or scary
What Students Are Saying
“My confidence has changed dramatically and I think this is because everyone is incredibly nice and supportive. One moment that really stood out to me was when I had to share in front of the group and the “love notes” were passed back to me. This made me feel not so scared and more confident.”
— Mia, program participant
What Parents Are Noticing
“Working directly with a group of amazing Latina artists helped boost my daughter’s confidence. It helped that she was also pushed out of her comfort zone. I was amazed to watch her go up to the podium to recite her My Name [poem], so clear and proud.”
— Parent of participant
These results are not isolated—they reflect what’s possible when students feel seen, supported, and creatively engaged. At Sentipensante Connections, we help schools and colleges replicate this impact through professional development, immersive workshops, and strategic coaching.
